Chocolate Sea Salt Cookie
Chocolate fans, this one's for you.
We use Swiss cocoa powder to create a rich, dark chocolate dough and then add more chocolate chips. Sprinkles of specialty Maldon sea salt add balance for a perfect salty-sweet sensation. We use oil instead of butter, giving this cookie a soft texture that’s friendly for dairy-free eaters. Krin loves the deep chocolate flavor, so this is her favorite.
Each order includes one 2 oz. individually packaged cookie. They’re good sharing size but we’re not sure if you’ll want to split them...so order a few! We make all cookies from scratch in our Vermont bakery south of Burlington. Orders are shipped via UPS, or you can come say hello and pick up your order here in Huntington. All local pick-ups are arranged with Krin after your order is received.
