Almond Raspberry Linzers

This cookie is a tribute to the Austrian Linzer, an iconic pairing of raspberry and almond that Krin admires from her years studying baking and pastry.

We love how the crisp, cinnamon-spiced shortbread pairs with its sweet raspberry center. Fresh raspberries are used for our homemade preserve, creating a fruity focal point for this classic cookie. Perfect with a cup of tea. 

Each box of Almond Linzers comes with eight cookies, made from scratch in our Vermont bakery south of Burlington. Orders are shipped via UPS, or you can come say hello and pick up your order here in Huntington. All local pick-ups are arranged with Krin after your order is received.
